ensure that the three-point combination pressure is 4-6Kg/cm2, marked with no air pressure oil and the oil tank has cutting oil.
4. Check whether the rising height of the press frame is
appropriate.
Maintenance and cleaning for the aluminum profile cutting machine

1.Check whether the oil cup has lubricating oil, the machine uses
sewing machine oil, should keep seven points full, check whether
the pressure remains 4-6Kg/cm2, the pressure can be operated, the pressure is too large, the
transformer parts are damaged, the function of automatic drainage.
2. Power supply:
The fuse-free switch should be turned off to ensure the safety of
the machine and personnel.
3.Refueling lubrication:
t the coordination place of the bracket and the press frame ring,
the front and rear axle of the connecting rod frame, the cylinder
joint shaft and the in and outgoing frame roller, check once and
properly refueling and lubrication to avoid jamming.
4.Cutting oil:This oil injection group can be injected with oil
injection, the air volume can be adjusted and the left and right
oil volume can be separated, the use of aluminum alloy cutting oil
or water depth cutting oil 1:20 ratio can not be too thin, need to
check whether the oil volume is enough daily, insufficient
supplement, full cooling can increase the life of the tool, reduce
the margin.
